- We make cabins available for the time reserved. In return, we expect our guests to be responsible for the full length of their reservation.
There will be no refunds for early departure.
- Because individual cabins require more cleaning than simple motel units, we require a minimum stay of three nights. We encourage longer stays to fully appreciate the area's opportunities.
A 50% deposit must be received within 10 days after making the reservation in order to hold that reservation and will be applied as payment for the last part of the reservation.
All balances are due upon check-in.
Credit cards are not accepted for deposits (personal check, money order).
Because of our limited accommodations and the short seasons, it is not always possible to fill space once it has been reserved and then cancelled. Therefore, we require a 60 day notice for deposit refund.
If a reservation is made within the cancellation period the deposit becomes non-refundable.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
